Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in the preparation of instructional materials and classroom activities.
  • Provide support to students in understanding lesson content and completing assignments.
  • Monitor student behavior and provide guidance to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Help organize and supervise classroom activities, including group work and individual projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Support classroom management and enforce school policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take direction from teachers.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students learn and succeed.
  • Familiarity with classroom technology and educational software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
